Virginia Voice is Central Virginia’s home for Live Audio Description!

Check out our exciting schedule for 2024 – 2025!

We are increasing community partnerships at cultural destinations throughout the Richmond region to grow the number and the variety of scheduled offerings. Our community partners include Virginia Opera, Virginia Repertory Theatre, Richmond Ballet, SPARC, Science Museum of Virginia, The Valentine, Friendship Circle, Cadence Theatre, Richmond Triangle Players, Agecroft Hall and Gardens, Richmond Shakespeare, Richmond Flying Squirrels and MEDRVA, and more.

Virginia Voice prides itself on providing audio description for theatre performances and media and arts displays that will help patrons with vision impairment and other disabilities enjoy the full experience of the cultural arts and other activities.
